Running Diaries: Damned Knee

Hour/Hora: 6.30am

Distance/Distancia: 4km

Mode/Modo: Base Run

My right knee has been "iffy" for a some days now. It's an old problem, though it hadn't been affecting me for quite a while. Don't know if there's much I can do about it. I already take care of my use, posture and running form through Pilates, Alexander Technique, and Feldenkrais. I don't run all that much, 4km three times a week is quite literally miles away from marathon training. Let's see how it develops.

Tengo la rodilla derecha "sentida" hace unos días. Es un problema viejo, aunque hace tiempo ya que no me molestaba. No sé si hay algo más por hacerle. Ya cuido mi uso, postura, y técnica con Pilates, Técnica Alexander y Feldenkrais. No corro tanto tampoco, 4km tres veces por semana está literalmente a kilómetros de distancia de un entrenamiento para maratón. Veremos cómo evoluciona.
